Prototyping

At Harbor, building prototypes is standard practice for our customers. It is a key step in the process of taking custom designs to production. Our samples department is a miniature manufacturer equipped to mirror our production capabilities. Working within the team process, samples is supported with engineering and project management. The result is a realistic prototype which is priced and presented for evaluation prior to a commitment for production.

Once a prototype is approved and moves to production, Harbor’s sample department builds a prove-out unit. The prove-out process verifies all production engineering to verify fit, form and function before it is released for production. This step insures a high quality display.
